- Source products & suppliers through various resources such as trade websites, trade fairs & catalogs
- Handle the logistics of sending goods from departure port to destination port, and dealing with freight forwarders
- Deal with factories as well as suppliers within wholesale markets
- Inspect goods & ensure they are as per samples
- Make shipping documents
- Communicate with overseas clients via telephone & email, and assist clients to factories and wholesale markets in China
- Proficient in English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese) (Reading & Writing)
- Proficient in using computers & networks, and software such as Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills & attitude
